About Us
Compassionate Pediatric Orthotic Care

Founded in 2006 by Danny Thies, Pediatric Rehabilitative Orthotic Services (PROS) was built on a mission to provide exceptional pediatric orthotic care through a compassionate, family-centered approach. That mission still drives every aspect of what we do.
Our team of experienced clinicians is dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality care that improves the quality of life for each patient we serve. From initial consultation to long-term follow-up, PROS remains committed to clinical excellence and patient-first service.
In January 2025, PROS was acquired by 10Acity Solutions, a company focused on eliminating friction in healthcare through innovative, service-driven solutions. The partnership was a natural fit—both organizations share a passion for improving patient care and outcomes.
As PROS expands its services and enters new markets, our mission remains the same. In 2025, we’re excited to launch our Pain Division, aligning with the federal No Pain Act to support safe post-operative recovery and help reduce reliance on pain medications. Together with 10Acity, we are building a future of smarter, more accessible care.

We specialize in pediatric bracing, including ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs), knee-ankle-foot orthoses (KAFOs), upper-limb orthoses, and custom gait solutions. Every device is designed with a focus on comfort, mobility, and growth.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
Most families come to us through physician referrals, but you can also contact us directly to discuss your child’s needs. Our team works closely with your healthcare provider to ensure continuity of care.
How long does it take to receive a custom brace?
After an evaluation and casting or scanning, most orthotic devices are ready within 1–3 weeks. We prioritize timely service so your child can begin treatment as soon as possible.
Will my insurance cover pediatric orthotics?
